Pool Information
 
 
Caregiver Waiver
For residents who use childcare services.
In order for your caregiver to be at the pool
with your children, the Board has approved the
following procedure.
 
Caregiver Waiver
 
18 years or older
Complete the form
Provide picture of caregiver's ID/License
Send all documents to CCM
(Use Submit Request Form in Vantaca )
Caregiver provides both documents to Mews Maintenance Staff
(Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm)
Staff verifies document and minimum age
Substitute caregiver is not permitted
 
Pool Hours: (Barring special events or maintenance needs) 
9:00am-9:00pm
 
POOL UPDATE
Barring any last minute issues, the pool will open on May 17th, 2025.
 
  • NO GLASS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN, NEAR, or AROUND THE POOL COMPLEX
    Violators will be asked to leave, loss of community amenities/fines, and/or have Ross Township police contacted
  • Pool is for Residents of the Mews of Town North community usage, and approved guests only.
    Violators will be considered as trespassing may have police contacted.

  • You must have an access card activated for pool access to enter the pool, even if your card was previously only activated for tennis and basketball.
  • There is no sign-in desk, but please see all items below.
  • You must have a signed waiver on file to have your card activated for pool access.
  • Procedures for Key Card pick up - see Mike at the Clubhouse Monday-Friday. Stop in between 3:00-3:20PM or catch Mike on the property and make.  Arrangements ID and waiver required.  Courts are open with key card access. 
  • The Board has empowered members of the Pool Committee to enforce the preceding and all other rules.
    If someone identifies themselves as a member of the pool committee (or as Board member), you must follow their directions.
    Non-compliance may result in loss of pool privileges for the entire season; as well as involvement with township police.
  • Small snacks are allowed, as are flotation devices.
  • Bathrooms will be open.
  • You and your guests must wipe down and disinfect any tables and chairs after use. Cleaning supplies will be available.
  • All trash must be properly disposed when you leave.
  • Due to CDC guidance, outdoor gathering limits are currently at 75%. The pool occupancy limit is normally 150, so for the time being we are limited to 112 people. Please be considerate of your fellow Mews residents by limiting the length of your stay and/or the number guests you bring on busy days (weekends, holidays, hot weather).
  • Masks and social distancing are recommended. While many adults may be vaccinated, children under 12 may not be.
  • All other rules as per Mews Rules and Regulations remain in effect.
    A frequent complaint is that of loud music. Please do not play any music that can be heard from more than a few feet away.
